  • In-stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Customized items: Ship within 1–2 weeks.

All estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We always aim to deliver your order on time, but please note that shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Holiday Shipping

We’ll do our best to ensure orders placed before cut-off dates arrive in time for gift giving. However, holiday delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control. If there is a significant delay, our customer care team will contact you with an update.

Returns

We want you to love your Bobotails products. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how our return process works:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Customized items are not eligible for return.

  • Timeline:

    • Returns received within 30 days of the original ship date → Full refund, minus shipping charges.

    • Returns received within 31–60 days of the original ship date → Store credit only.

    • Returns after 60 days → Not accepted.

  • Refunds: Issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving your return. Any applicable sales tax will also be refunded.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong or a damaged item—in that case, we’ll provide a free prepaid return label.

Note: Dog beds and other bulky items can be expensive to return. Please double-check sizes with our [Size Guide] before placing your order to avoid unnecessary return costs.

Exchange

We now offer direct exchanges to make your shopping experience easier.

  • If you’d like a different size or color, you can process an exchange through our Returns Center.

  • If you’d prefer a new product, return your item for a refund and place a new order. During the return process, you’ll receive a coupon for free exchange shipping.
